Challenges related to regional and community-based lobbying are gradually being addressed. Individuals who had remained unaffected for years are now experiencing increased scrutiny. This shift is creating opportunities for genuine contributors to be recognized by the new management.
Cons
The new CHRO seems to bring a sensible and pragmatic approach compared to the earlier leadership. That said, the HR operations team in India continues to be a challenge, particularly in maintaining professional neutrality.
