Nice friendly international environment to work at. A new company growing really fast and giving everyone a chance to grow. Possibility of travel to Germany quite a lot. Most projects are from Lufthansa Industry Solutions and that makes it possible to work with people there too.
Cons
Since its a new company management needs to be a little bit more well organised.
