This is a mom and pop business with about 5 employees. You will be cram in a small room like sardines with other entry level graduate and work for little or no pay. Worst yet, you will also be subject to constant surveillance by the manager, who is probably also the owner of this sweatshop. Petty micro-managing requests and verbal abuses are common occurrences here. There is no opportunity to grow at this place and no employee's benefits either.
