Pros

The only pro I had working here were the people within my immediate team. I made friends for life.

Cons

I feel compelled to share my experience working for this company. The "supervisors" lack any meaningful management experience. If you work here your supervisor will consistently disregarded the input and expertise of your team, despite the team collectively possessing years of experience in the field. Applied ABC exhibited a pattern of dismissing employees who sought more responsibilities, fair compensation, or simply expressed valid concerns and opinions. Multiple colleagues were terminated or laid off simply for advocating for themselves or offering constructive feedback. The supervisors routinely resorted to dishonesty to cover up their own managerial shortcomings, often scapegoating their team for any mishaps. Given the alarming turnover rate within the department and company as a whole, along with the evident lack of effective leadership, I anticipate numerous job opportunities opening up in the near future. However, I urge potential candidates to reconsider applying to this company. No one deserves to work under supervisors who value their own paychecks over the well-being and contributions of their team.

Pros

Applied ABC stands out because the mission is real, you feel it every day knowing the work we do directly improves the lives of children and families. Management genuinely cares about their team; leadership is accessible, supportive, and communicative. As a Technology Coordinator, I've had real opportunities to grow professionally within a company that values innovation and continuous improvement. Work-life balance is respected, pay is competitive, and the benefits are solid. The culture here is collaborative and positive, people want to be here and want to see each other succeed.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are occasional growing pains with processes and systems as the organization scales. Some workflows are still being refined, but leadership is transparent about challenges and actively works toward solutions.
