They appear a bit disorganized to me, with numerous emails coming through from numerous sources. They asked for the same paperwork repeatedly during the initial hiring process. You will be given a long list of tasks to complete on your own time (this takes hours). Once you have completed this initial phase, you will sometimes be offered cases in places where you do not have a license (various states), so you'll need to ensure you review this prior to accepting. Lastly, you will be emailed a list of cases that need coverage, but by the time you respond, all cases will often be assigned already. Also, if you don't accept cases, or indicate a reason for why you cannot accept a specific case (i.e., a specific family request related to gender, language or preference) they will send follow up emails that seem retaliatory (i.e., the email will ask you to reply to the message if you are still interested in working with Applied ABC and if you do not respond you will be removed from their list of providers).
