Pros

Clinical director is a kind person

Cons

Toxic work environment, unequal pay for people with same amount of experience, no vaccine mandate, lots of unvaccinated employees who don't wear masks, staffing person picks favorites, billing person is unprofessional and disrespectful, no sick pay, no travel pay, they will pretend to care about employees by giving you food sometimes, they will literally lie to you, lie to parents, etc. It's all bad
