      - Excellent co-workers - The CEO does everything to keep the team integrated with online or face-to-face events

      Cons

      A toxic project manager who didn't know how to lead. They hired several people and then did not have the capacity to maintain as the projects came to an end

      The projects and the overall tech stack are ok, its not great and not bad either. But overall, there isn't much room for your personal development and RnD.

      Cons

      The company has micromanagement problems, and some people clearly are favourites of the management. Also facts are often overlooked in favour of feelings
