This organization is not organized for real. - Unrealistic deadlines are given. The work which is meant to be done in 5 days They'll tell you to complete it in 2 days and yell at you in front of everyone for 3 days for not completing on time. - They'll always lie to their clients about the employees real experience. 1 year experienced is shown as 4 years of senior developer - On long weekends they tell you to share your live location if you're not attending workshop and have plans to go outdoors - You are on bond here, coz if they don't keep bond people would have left it soon after joining due to poor behavior & management. - They'll not allow you to go home if work is not completed. - Appraisals are only given if you are ready to accept more bond with company. - Company leave or other policies can be changed from employee to employee, even head HR doesn't know real policy, it completely depends on employee to employee. - Change request by clients which is 2 weeks work is taken as bug request and needs to be done in 2-3 days.
