Great team, interesting work, which is always appreciated, adding extra motivation and drive to learn and do better. No blame culture, lots of team events, amazing parties. Really, a place where peoples work is recognised with potential for further career progression.

Like any place, can be stressful at times. Not much else to say...

- Fast growing company means room to grow for all the employees
- Company doing very well from a buisness point of view

Sometimes we can be a bit short staffed on projects, but thats just a natural consequence of us growing quickly. Would be good to speed up hiring so we can be sure we always have enough people to deliver without a crunch period just before a deadline
