Management need help - Regular Joe Applied Engineering Employee Review

Company works well together to manufacture complex customer projects.

Always room for improvement, but new ideas are heard and implemented.

Not many, pay is decent but this is not a great place to work

Extremely chaotic, priorities change mutlitple times daily. Regular layoffs, there were rounds of layoffs pretty much every year that I worked there. The company is not doing well financially, current employees have been on furlough since June of 2025 and more layoffs are expected.
