Pros

Working at Applied Imagination is like working for a big family. All the employees are equally professional and caring. Each team member always gives his/her all when either completing projects or helping someone out. Ever since day one, I have felt like a member of this tight-knit family culture. I've also experienced SUCH kindness and support from the company and directors when unexpected personal events have occurred. I feel less like I have traditional bosses and more like I have colleagues that I can look to for guidance. On top of Everything the work culture is the best! Casual dress, a lot of coffee, tons of snacks and Team lunch each week are just a few of the perks of working at Applied Imagination.

Cons

This company is small and everyone wears many hats. Everyone has to pitch in and get the job done. My job (Team Coordinator) requires me to to do a vast variety of things to support the team and company as a whole. Sometimes the shear amount and diversity of the work to be done can be difficult. However, I don't see this as a con, but more of a challenge that can be overcome with experience and organization.

Pros

Super positive attitude. Everyone is up beat about getting work done which makes working on projects fun. The projects are varied and usually pretty interesting. They are also super dedicated to getting you out of work by 5 which is great for work life balance. Overall great place to work.

Cons

It's a small business, so some of the processes aren't fully flushed out yet, but they do work on them every week to improve them. The vacation time is a little light IMO

Pros

- Remote work - Nice people

Cons

- No transparency to the employees on how the business is going - Work here if you are mid to late career (Not good for early career employees from career growth and benefits perspective). - You might have to work with nasty clients and probably you will not get appreciated even if you go extra mile - No transparency on performance reviews
