Very much like high school. It’s not what you know but who you know. If your a friend of the owners, you will be a lifer and you don’t have to really work hard. This company claims to be family friendly however, I beg to differ. Not at all what they claim. Integrity? Not at all! That was my biggest issue with this company. If you don’t care about being treated with respect, this is the place for you.
