Pros
Good team, reasonable management. Of course that all depends on which team you’re on.
Cons
There is some employee-hostile language in the contracts they have you sign. The training budget comes with a one year retention agreement, and there is an 18 month non-compete agreement. And you don’t get a full pay out for PTO when you leave unless you’ve been an employee for two years. This might be a reasonable standard among some industries but I rarely see it so it stood out to me as hostile.
