You will be yelled and shouted everyday if the it do not meet expectation.The will be treated synically infront of team members.The word "You are crap",""You are rubbish" will be part of the daily routine in the enviroment.This kind of action will cause certain employee 's having low self esteem and quite unprofessional. You will be asked to buy a car if you dont owned,as they will ask you to travel to complete the project. Your salary will be dicussed in the meeting "i get this certain money then pay you and so on ..the money will finish".You willl be treated not equally respected.. Timing for eat and with whom will be determined by boss.As there is no flexibility like in jail. Above all you will be humiliated in the meeting and will be treated irrasionally and unprofessionally especially to new joinees. This company lack of value in terms of professionalism.
