Pros
Small consulting firm, opportunity for different technical assignments, heavy use of HB1 visa employees (I was the only "white" guy), but appreciated nonetheless. Friendly and lots of great colleagues. Learned a lot for professional development.
Cons
HB1 employees were paid less that market due to insecure visa status. While certifications were paid for there was little to no opportunity to practice what was learned. No published company policies, everything was ad hoc.
