Pros
Workplace production floor is diverse in culture It is work that is not particularly difficult. Once a month lunch is catered but not a guaranteed. Quarterly bonus around 200$ average which is great for people working at minimum wage level. Low level employees are simple and hard working friendly people.
Cons
Management on all levels is about keeping the products moving out the door and will tell you anything to get you to come in and work for very low pay and terrible benefits. Former owner was famously verbally abusive to all staff for years and years. Senior level management cant be bothered to walk production floor and actually see whats going on. Office heavy with mid level people who do not actually perform their job because their managers tasked them with something else like why is a engineer doing customer relations and why is a buyer doing scheduling? HR is now at corporate higher level so HR in office(everett) is clueless and tells you to take your issues to higher lever at corporate but will not give you that persons contact info. HR at Everett is now just party planning committee instead of helping you with benefits questions or personnel complaints/issues. Build a mural in the office but will not spend a dollar on improving actual employee benefits or rewards. No sales team getting any new business. Engineer Captain/lead is aggressively pushing away customer business while on his own crusade to climb the corporate creation tech ladder. Production workers soo underpaid that recently they were given market adjustments to increase wages as little a few cents to others getting dollar increases. Constant fear of lay offs and lack of work slow downs forcing you on unemployment while office workers are never let go or asked to take pay cuts. No loyalty
