Pros

Those who have stayed on from the era of the former management are exceptional and the product has great potential.

Cons

Burnout is a genuine issue. The company demands twice the effort from its employees, setting targets that are unattainable as the product is difficult to navigate and is priced significantly higher than its competitors. Numerous layoffs have occurred, including those of highly competent employees, with the remaining staff, already stretched thin, expected to shoulder additional responsibilities. The new leadership is exceptionally stringent, and it's rare to find an employee who wouldn't consider leaving if the job market were more favorable.
