      Good pay and benefits. New modern office. Startup feeling.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. They hire really good talent and then try to turn them into sheep. For the CEO, everything revolves around Christianity, and he runs the company like a cult, believing himself to be a messiah

      Globally distributed team and a long history of being around (as Appodeal, not bidmachine)

      Cons

      The new product leadership at Bidmachine have not demonstrated an ability to execute on everyday product initiatives. They don't know some basic technical and software development concepts that are necessary to ship.
