      - Interview and onboarding process - Clear vision and strategy from leadership team - Team dynamic, everybody understands you actively contribute and play a part in the success of the company - Pay and benefits, commission structure - Remote work opportunity is real - Approachability of Leadership team - Culture and values - Diversity

      Cons

      Nothing. From my first interview to the current environment, you can see there is a collaborative nature within the company, and you need to be comfortable being a flexible, action-oriented team member and be able to manage & measure your work to build your portfolio but understand you have the resources and support if you need it.

Appogee is a gem.
