      The actual work is interesting -- and if you own your own home you get huge discounts -- vacation and all benefits are very good

      Cons

      I felt they were a bit critical of staff and customers -- all walks of life -- they were a bit to much to the right for me -- not very open minded

      Pros

      The older reviews do not accurately reflect the history or the culture of this 50 year old company. I have been in the HVAC industry for almost 30 years, starting here with no HVAC experience. This company has afforded me the opportunity to provide for my family and has allowed me the opportunity for advancement. If you're looking for a good place to start your HVAC career, with plenty of opportunity for training and advancement, this is it!
