CEO herself is very intelligent and has inculcated an open culture which allows you to explore solutions yourself. 3. Management is always open to suggestions and ideas. 4. There are not fussy about leaves or taking time offs for personal work. 5. During sales review they are open minded to hear your thoughts. 6. They specifically have a senior management personnel onsite in US who is adept at closing deals. 7. CEO herself is hands on and is not afraid to take difficult client calls and managing client relations.

1. Company needs to invest more in marketing especially online marketing. 2. Need to specialist content staff who can deliver high quality marketing material to aid sales in closing deals

Good for entry level developer, they five internships. Grab a chance if you have. There is a high potential for growth. - The appraisal process is defined, after your 1 year your performance evaluated and shown to you. You will get fair chance to discuss it.
