Pros
I was hired easily. Good for starters, like fresh grads that do not know the politics inside, plus the bad side of the CEO as well. During my time, he was good but out of the blue, he sucked!
Cons
The IT Manager, Programmers, Project Managers, Marketing, and pretty much everyone has NO say in all business inputs and decisions. Normally they will go on a meeting but all I hear is him haha, all about him. After the meeting, most of them are making faces. Like the time spent in the meeting could have been an email since they do not have anything to say about what's best with the company. I as IT support have several suggestions on how the office network should work but instead, he took that as the blame and point it back at me telling me that I'm incompetent even with my salary, he said that I'm being paid too much for my role which in the first place he was the one who gave it to me, like the whole office heard it. haha, What a D**K! Please note that during my time we are just 10 people in the office, not that big office in Burgundy Tower in Ortigas (Back of Robinsons Galleria)
