Pros
- Great learning opportunity. Since day one I was made to feel and given responsibility equal to an experienced individual. - Amazing exposure and direct client interaction. I got to work with customers and their leaderships directly without my manager being involved. - Office is a prime location and have a lot of affordable homes nearby - Management is good; however you need to make your point of view heard with facts - Company is offering me insurance which is a good safety for me
Cons
- Company food is okay, can be better. I suggest make a provision to offer food coupons or let employees choose which menu for which day - Work responsibilities is a lot and if you miss it then high chances there is a customer impact. Clients can directly call you at odd hours
