-Fast growing company where salespeople have a real opportunity to make an impact, grow their skills, and careers. -Remote-first company -Healthy company with strong fundamentals -rapidly growing/shifting market (I have never been bored in the time I've been here). Less of a pro and more of general commentary: The type of opportunity and growth trajectory at Apryse requires highly engaged individuals driven to succeed who take direct ownership over their own development and role. The opportunity and rewards are there, but it is up to each individual to seize it.
Cons
Company grew very quickly through multiple acquisitions during the pandemic leading to growing pains consolidating those systems and processes (but are being actively addressed/continuously improved upon).
