-This is a London based company, with London based values which were invented for the sake of having values. Values are inconsistent with realities on the ground. -Everything is reactive. -Everything to make a sale. -A place where careers go to die. -US based management that has real ideas and concerns get overruled by risk averse C-Suite that offer mea culpas after it's too late. -Board and C-Suite appear to be more concerned about the next quarter then the next 3-5 years. -Understaffed to meet client needs.
