      Good training, generally supportive staff, good pay for what it is

      Upper staff at times can be slow with stuff as they manage a lot of pools, but company has done some to alleviate this

      Good Summer Job, room for improvement year over year.

      Some weeks you work 60 hours, some you will work 20. This is kind of a give and take.
