This position has killed any desire I have to return to the aquatics industry. Workload is highly unmanageable with no written standard or employee handbook, given an unmanageably large operation area, expected to work a 77.5 hour week. Leadership is wildly unprofessional, operating company vehicles under the influence of drugs being just one example. You will be either fired without notice or bullied into quitting if management decides committing every waking hour is not adequate.
