Pros
Having worked for many years in the company, i read some of the online reviews and comments made and feel that they are writing about a different company. These fake comments seem to be purposely designed to trash the company. Of course nowhere is perfect, but the company has a great work culture, loads of opportunities to learn and grown and even to become a partner as the company is staff owned (not by one person as someone who obviously never worked calmed). It has brought people from all over the world to work on projects that are leading in our industry. The company is growing, with some growing pains that are to be expected, maturing in terms of the management of each part of the company and has more work than we can handle. Salaries are good for the country, with yearly increases, performance bonuses which are above industry standards (despite someone claiming the opposite). There are massive opportunities for people looking to take their careers to the next level and for really experienced persons to come in and lead their department forward.
Cons
The two years of COVID were challenging, with restricted travels, but everyone made it work. With the expansion the office has become full of people, but we should have more offices later this year. If you are not someone who likes to start and finish a project and make a commitment to a team, then this might not be a position for you.
