Pros
I've been working there for around 3 months. In the first week they switched me to the new company name Involgia. I've asked more than 12 times to give me my offer letter of the new company the company owner always give me reasons. He'll give me today or tomorrow this that. And behind my back he gave the offer letter to my marketing head. So I understood he will never give me my offer letter, so I left his organization(No pros in this company).
Cons
Salary is not on time, politics is very bad, even my head did not helped me to get my offer letter. Because they are treating her good giving all the facilities so she does not give a damn. They are so unprofessional, after I gave my resignation, instead of giving a confirmation they were removing me from all the groups(how childish). Wasted my 2-3 months. Not recommending to anyone because they will trap you in here forever and with no offer or experience letter, you will face the consequences in your career.
