base salary is terrible, but commission is good

The management at Aquire is great. They are real people who treat you like a real person. They encourage a healthy work/life balance and allow you to work around important family obligations. This kind of flexibility is rare in the corporate world. Everyone at the company works hard and loves what they do. They allow telecommuting and often work in virtual teams.

The company is growing quickly and there are some growing pains to be expected. Cross-departmental communication could always be better, especially given that so many people telecommute.
