Pros
Pursued and internship opportunity while attending university and have since tenured 6 great years here. Like any other company, nothing is handed to you on a platter. If you want it you have to grind for it. There are a good amount of opportunities at this company but you must know how to recognize and make an effort to secure them. Company culture is laid back, similar to a startup tech firm. Arbitech offers a plethora of amenities from providing an quick escape in the game room or putting green, in house gym with state of the art equipment, and keeping you fueled for the day in the kitchen. Arbitech also offers benefits that include a 401(k) match as well as other great advantages you might night see at a larger firm.
Cons
As with all companies, there are always the bad with the good. Not every company will be perfect however when you run into an issue or concern you have comfort in knowing that Frank (CEO) encourages people to speak up and holds an open door policy.
