Pros
Arcadia has an excellent reputation and track record and is a highly respected company in the electronic component distribution industry. Having been in this industry for over 15 years, Arcadia is by far the most professional and reliable company I've worked for. Their quality control is top-notch. Management is nothing but helpful and supportive.
Cons
The only negative I would mention, and this is true of the industry in general - is that it's a very difficult industry to be successful in these days. There is tremendous competition and the epidemic of counterfeit parts in the excess market has taken a huge toll on the industry. I wouldn't recommend starting out in this industry now but if you are an established sales rep and have some steady and loyal OEM customers, then Arcadia is one of the very best in my opinion.
