Pros
Not heavily micro-managed. Somewhat flexible regarding doctors appointments, try to engage in fun activities once a quarter.
Cons
Against working from home, although everything done is on a computer. I take that back, not against working from home but they pick and choose who is allowed to work from home (their friends). No fairness amongst employees at all, unless you’re they’re friends. Constantly placate you but never fulfilling those promises. Salary is not compensated fairly with the amount of work that is asked of you. No job security. The moment you make a mistake you’re out the door unless they take a liking to you, instead of coaching you, like someone in a leadership role should. Corporate staff acts like a clique, and everything is secretive.
