      Very Positive environment. Everyone answers any question.

      Cons

      I would say my pay isn't great but I'm an Intern and understand. Also the hours can be rough, but it's nothing out of the ordinary for construction.

      Pros

      Competitive pay compared to other GCs for similar output of work. Department meetings provide opportunity to learn about other projects and teams.

      Cons

      Lots of administrative work and long hours. You are on your own island.
