Pros

None. After being poorly on-board, im immediately looking to get out. Dont make the same decision i made. Run!

Cons

$8,800 healthcare deductible. Predatory comission structure, read very carefully!!! No signing bonus. No education or certification funding. Extremely low 4% 401k company contribution. PTO = 2 weeks. When I recieved my offer, I got 3 offers all different $ amounts and not HR, recruiter nor hiring manager knew a job title.

They offer me pay and benefits

-They are absolutely abysmal with communication, often notifying you of important info with extremely short notice, and fail to provide clear responses to questions. -They only cover a little over 30% of your insurance premiums and 0% of your spouse and family premiums. They don’t match HSA or retirement contributions -They act on impulsive decisions, often without warning
