Lovely company - Accounts Assistant Archbold Logistics Employee Review

Archbold go above and beyond in making you feel welcomed not only when you first start here but also day to day whilst you are here . Some examples of this include the praise and gifts which we have received when we meet and surpass out targets. Which is something i have personally received little of in past jobs roles despite all the hard work i personally have put in and also witnessed the teams i have worked with put in. And to be honest its come as a shock to me. We also get breakfast bought for the entire team from time to time which is always a bonus :) The actions mentioned above are just a small part of what its like to work at Archbold's and It really does go to show how much you are appreciated here! We have a tight knit team in Global and everyone works well together in order to achieve the best results possible. From an employee perspective its a pleasure to work for Archbold's :)

Although there's always room for improvement i can not think of any cons/area's of improvement at the time of writing this review.

I have found the company to be very supportive over the past 3 years, especially during COVID-19, the directors have tried to look after the interests of the individuals continuing to 'hold the fort' whilst other teams members have been furloughed. Taking into consideration everyone's needs - a very caring company to work for. The Directors have a 'listening ear' and do take on board their managers thoughts and ideas, encouraging team members to flourish and grow. A professional company that is going from 'strength to strength' despite challenges. Great team spirit and family feel to the company.

I dont have any negative points to make
