Archbright is a great for many reasons, but probably most because of the people you get to work with -- both peers and members.

Nothing unusual to companies of our size.

It's been several years, and I'm still in love with this company! I'm continually impressed by the kindness, support and knowledge that each and every one of my coworkers displays on a daily basis. There is NO drama here! If there's something that people are passionate about, this company supports them in a variety of ways. Also, this is the first year that we have our own personal development budgets - days and money that we can use (largely at our own discretion) to grow our skills... even if they'd ultimately take us into another field. I plan on being here for the long haul!

There are two all-employee conferences that happen each year. These are great opportunities to hang out with people that we don't get to see, catch up, and so on. Unfortunately, they are mandatory and scheduled at two of the busiest times of the year: July and December. This seems uncharacteristically inconsiderate of everyone's work/life balance (summer vacations, kids out of school, all of the holiday season).
