      Pros

      Good vacation days (European style) Work from home scheme

      Cons

      The company runs in the usual hire an overlord to oversee the underlings, they got high budget for managers but really low salaries for the rest of employees with consequence of having a limited pool of talent. I had team members that they could not print a 2d drawing with the correct line weights and they were registered architects and juniors that didn't know how to make a 2 d section. GM is too young and lacks experience and not sincere. Also is a French company so expect French to be treated privileged and the rest as slaves.

      Pros

      Exotic office locations, nice employees, and most importantly a lot of responsibility is given to you here and you can learn lots of different things about the job you maybe could not at a bigger firm. Expat employees start out with 24 paid days off a year.

      Cons

      Many projects are pushed out the door quickly and some of the clients they take on are not quality. Your portfolio may suffer. Pay is not the best and if you are not in the headquarters office good luck trying to get anything from them or make a complaint.

      Great founding team, nice office

      Cons

      Lots of conflicts... Racist management towards local staff in Vietnam. It is like living back in French colonial times
