Some team members are genuinely lovely and create a positive, friendly vibe day-to-day

There is a noticeable culture of talking behind people’s backs, which can make the environment feel uncomfortable and lacking trust. At times, certain individuals act as though they hold significant power, contributing to this dynamic. The workplace can feel quite toxic overall. Leadership decisions, particularly from the CEO, can change very quickly, sometimes within the same day, making it difficult to keep up or meet expectations. On the surface, the company presents itself as polished and high end, but internally it can be very different and mentally draining. There is also a strong sense of micromanagement and very limited flexibility, which adds to the pressure.

Slick brand, offices and events that you initially feel proud to be a part of. You will feel like you’re part of something big with the regular hype messages sent by the leadership team. You will work with some of the best, passionate, talented people alongside you, all committed to the success of the business and you will form strong bonds.

You will work hard, don’t expect a lot of flexibility to go to the gym or run errands in your lunch break. You get 30 mins which is isn’t long once you get out of the Parnell Traffic. It does feel like Leadership expect you to work like a founder, put in the long hours and hit high expectations they set for themselves. They are heavily involved in the day to day and priorities change regularly which can create a tense and stressful environment. Unfortunately this contributes to high staff turnover putting pressure on the team. It’s a bit of a roller coaster
