Working at Archon Group was like working with a family. Not every working relationship was perfect but you felt like everyone was working toward the same goals.

Change was constant. If you didn't thrive in an ever-changing environment (and most don't) then it could be a challenge trying to adapt at times.
They hired someone new to the business and gave me a chance. I had good assistant manager, manager and RPM to work with.
Cons
You were thrown into the job with not training. It felt like you worked at the property and you had little say from the company. You just had to figure most things out on your own. We were told the property would not be sold for years but all of a sudden it was sold. The new management property went over benefits will every employee but then did not hire us all.
