This is primarily an outsourcing company, while there are US-Based Staff, the focus is reducing client costs and increasing profitability.
Work from Home, great flexibility, great people to work with daily. Work was enjoyable and impactful.
Cons
No clear vision or structure, can't even figure out how to create an org structure. VP in my area was the worst ive seen. No clear vision for their team and no way to show value within the company. Process and Tools changed constantly, and nothing stuck. It was a whirlwind of buzzwords and no growth.
