      The great social aspects - everyone was friendly and had fun while also working hard.

      The restructuring and fine was a difficult time for everyone but that should be in the past now

      Great people! Great rewards and internal events to attend

      Cons

      The industry can be very demanding, a few late nights. The workload comes in peaks and troughs sometimes your not very busy and others you can't tear yourself away from your desk.

      People focused, hard workers, good payers, some nice clients.

      Cons

      Current situation (that will pass I’m guessing). Needs a bit more oomph.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts. It has been a tricky period with a lot of changes that we’ve had to make in order to refocus. But you’re right, it definitely will pass and will enable us to become a stronger business.
