Pros
They have a Keurig coffee maker.
Cons
This company penalizes all salespeople (except the owner's family members) every way they can. All of their in house inventory (which is old and moldy) is listed as a consignment. They have ancient stock and when you are lucky enough to sell some of it, you don't get to enjoy big profits; you are hit with a HUGE cost to the "consigner" which is the president/CEO for inventory he has owned for decades. Then you are forced to work through a furlough program so the company can have the state pay a portion of their payroll. The program dictates that they must give you 1 day a week off and the state pays that day as a form of unemployment. However, if you don't work that day (which the state pays you to be absent) you are on a blacklist at the company and they make work conditions unlivable until you quit or they find a reason to fire you. I have filed a grievance with the state over this fraud and I encourage all current and past employees to do the same. The owners employ their totally incompetent relatives that are bulletproof regardless of their constant mistakes. The CEO employs his brother and his wife that are completely useless. When a good month is achieved; instead of incentivizing the people who made it happen with money, a big party is thrown at the CEO's mansion and the employees (who are forced to attend) have the owner's success rubbed in their faces, furthering their disgust for the company.
