The position allowed for creativity and imagination, management encouraged both. Additionally, training, education and experience enhancing activities were viewed in a most positive light as well. There was a feeling that one person could make a difference.

A condition which is familiar to most competitive corporate environments, that being; resources were stretched as far as was allowable. The constant mantra was to do more with less. logistics is a very price point conscience business so thrift was king.

This company is a very serious work place, and it take alot energy to work there. They are fair and they are respective with employees. They gave me good and flexible work hours since I'm a college student.

Its a job the takes up alot of my gas to get there and since the money is more then i was making before , i thought it was worth it. Though in a long run it isnt since i track all my money and accounts i can tell when its not helping me.
