Pros

Welcoming team and friendly environment, well structured and organized processes, a lot of learning and training material, development programs for employees, growth opportunities, feedback culture and many iniciatives to bring the team together. You can see that they are constantly improving and rethinking internal policies to promote a better, healthier and more diverse working environment. All of these efforts make Argos a valuable company to work for.

Cons

Because I'm a part timer, I feel I haven't had (and still don't have it) enough time to consume all the necessary learning material, since the work is intense and I was already hands on work practically since day 2. Considering this, I don't believe the position matches with a part time type of contract. Also, I believe that salaries are slightly below market rates considering the current global economic situation. In overall terms, I think they could improve their benefits package, but since I work as a contractor I think that's the main reason for this minor dissatisfaction.

Pros

Established team and processes. Well known clients and revenue streams. A top player in this market niche. People are really nice. Flexible hours and work. Given the trust to complete without micromanagement. The work itself is challenging in a good way. I enjoy what I am working on I feel like I matter to my project.

Cons

HR onboarding should be cut in half. Bonuses are currentlly frozen until we hit a certain amount of profit. Some processes need to be looked at so they work better.
