      Pros

      Argotec is not afraid to invest/spend money on plant improvements. and will shell out extra cash on top notch computer systems. The company is motivated and has good moral. Great hidden benefits like quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      Strict environment, lots of policies. The company seems to focus constant improvement; which leads to deadlines, and stress. I'd still work for Argotec if my commute was closer.
