      I didn't find any pros in the company. Very bad to have company in design sector.

      Cons

      Unhealthy work culture. No proper management , they do not know how to manage an organization. They feel that they are superiors, but truely they were not. It is not recommend to join this company.

      Pros

      Lot to learn in work . But no one to guide and support in hardware. Pcb Design team is so strong. Good projects from different domains.

      Cons

      Need to Improve seniors in hardware and required area's. A lot of tension while working in projects due to lack of guidance. Need to explore on own basis.
