Varied work experience opportunities, different problems to solve something interesting to do and learn every day.
Cons
Unhappy live on site managers that should move on if they dislike their jobs. Poor hiring practices. Lack of talent in management and staff and no desire to seek out and hire educated new staff. This system does not respect talented individuals. Promotion within of staff not meeting the requirements of the job postings and no management training or supervision. This fosters a poorly trained staff and hostile work environment from the top down.
