Pros
I've been with Arkhya Tech Inc. for just over 18 months now. They pay well and on time. The owners have asked me to write a review as they have few reviews on glassdoor and they need more. I think they have a great start up company that has been around for only a few years, but they hired me based on my background, they've kept me around because they knew me from a past job I did for them for two short months, and they rehired me based on that limited experience. They like to rehire and I've seen them rehire again and again. They believe in loyalty. They've grown since I've been with them not only within the U.S., but also into the overseas market. I like this company and the management. They are fair and honest.
Cons
There isn't anything I have negative to say about this company, except that I'm hired under contract periods of time, but I know those time periods going into the jobs. So, is that truly a negative?! Not really. The job is limited in time, which is both a pro and a con. I didn't want an open ended job when I took it on because my husband was going to be located after almost three years back home to Atlanta, so this works for us.
