      Many great coworkers, solid talent

      Cons

      Lack of vision in leadership. Very much a good old boys crowd that shows fsvoritism. Private company without regulatory compliance requirements leads to lack of structure

      Not open to new ideas Will fire you with no notice or warning Seems to only keep people who fit their mold of what they're looking for- those who think differently usually get cast out Very homogenous employee demographics Terrible work/life balance, no time cards, potential time theft
